Whether it is technical sailing apparel or lifestyle apparel, we ensure a seamless process to get you back on the water.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or North Sails flagship store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
